Brian Colson and Pat Hart negotiate lease deal on behalf of LBA Realty

NAI Hiffman’s Brian Colson recently completed the sale of a 160,414 SF industrial property at 6450 Muirfield Road in Hanover Park. Brian Colson and Pat Hart were then hired to represent the new owner, LBA Realty, in leasing the property.  Within 60 days of hire, Brian and Pat were able to negotiate a lease deal on behalf of LBA Realty.
