Bronson and Dwyer Broker Deal in Melrose Park

From “Entre Brokers Melrose Park Industrial Building, Parking Lot Sale” – Connect CRE

Joe Bronson and Paddy Dwyer of NAI Hiffman represented the seller, CDC Group LLC., in the sale of a 28,123 square-foot industrial building and a separate 52,189 square-foot parking lot in Melrose Park, Illinois.

Located at 1539 N. 25th Avenue, the property was bought by Interlake Mecalux, Inc. Entre Commercial Realty’s Denise Chaimovitz, SIOR, MA and Terry Lynch, SIOR, Vice President of DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International, were the brokers for the buyer.

This is an expansion for Interlake Mecalux, Inc., a worldwide intralogistics technology company. With locations in over 18 countries, the company designs and manufactures metal shelves, creates warehouse management software and provides storage solutions for businesses.
