Representation provided for Naperville Industrial Building Acquisition

Adam Johnson, executive vice president, and Tom Gnadt, senior associate, provided representation for a joint venture between Clear Height Properties and Harbert U.S. Real Estate to acquire an industrial building located at 2244 Corporate Lane in Naperville.

The 20-foot clear building, covering 49,954 square feet, joins a portfolio with 21 assets and approximately 1.5 million square feet. It’s 100%-occupied and sits close to a major highway interchange.
