Duke’s Glendale Hts. Spec Industrial Lands Full-Building Tenant

Cawley Chicago principal Frank Melchert recently represented tenant Coda Resources on a 183,296-square-foot lease transaction at 990 North Ave. in Glendale Heights, IL. Duke Realty developed this speculative building in December of 2018, and Coda now occupies 100% of the building.

“New construction, state of the art amenities and premier location with visibility and good access to labor are what attracted Coda Resources to the building,” said Melchert.
