Joe Bronson and Paddy Dwyer of NAI Hiffman represented the seller in an industrial building sale at 851 Industrial Drive in Elmhurst. Venture One Real Estate acquired the roughly 31K SF multitenant industrial building, fully leased to seven tenants, featuring seven docks and 36 parking spots.

The building is located in highly-desired Dupage County with immediate access to the areas’ best amenities, including multiple York Road fast food restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations.
