Hiffman 2024 Interns Share Their Advice and Experience

Hiffman’s Class of 2024 Interns wrapped up their summer but before they departed for school, we asked them to reflect on their experience and share insights for future interns.

The 2024 Hiffman Internship Program was a fully immersive experience, letting our young professionals dive into the day-to-day operations of every department and gain valuable work experience through hands-on training. A key aspect of what made the program so successful were the “Discovery Days”, which included property tours, presentations from department leadership, and a culminating presentation to senior executives. Our interns gained sightlines to the many different fields within Commercial Real Estate and various sides of the firm, allowing them to pick up valuable industry knowledge, build their confidence, and demonstrate their unique individual skillsets. We wrapped up the summer with a fun Jeopardy-style game where our interns showed off everything they learned in a lively, competitive atmosphere, celebrating each of their accomplishments in their time with us.
