Work With Us

If you have been invited by a Hiffman National employee to be considered as a provider of goods or services, you will be required to enroll in electronic payments and complete a vendor due diligence process. This process may include providing a Non-Disclosure Agreement, Certificates of Insurance and a Risk Assessment Profile. Helpful document links are included in the section below.

All vendors will need to work with your Hiffman National partner to get registered in our payables system. Those vendors that provide goods or services for corporate operations will also need to ensure that your invoices are formatted appropriately and include your vendor identifier and a purchase order number where applicable. Vendors who service Hiffman National clients may have different invoicing procedures. You will get more information about these arrangements as you go through the onboarding process.

You will have the option to sign up for payments via our virtual credit card or via electronic funds transfer. These fast and secure payment methods are a great improvement on paper checks.
