All contract services are bid to a minimum of three vendors and are subject to Ownership’s review and approval before final selection. Hiffman National’s policies regarding bidding are very comprehensive. Performance standards are established to ensure that baseline needs are met, and the best value is attained in procuring services from contractors. Contract services include:

- Snow Removal
- Janitorial
Each vendor’s minimum standards are addressed during the vendor qualification period. The qualification process involves assessing the vendor’s length of time in business, references, financial status, and capacity. While achieving cost-savings is our primary objective, we will not compromise service through this process.
