High Street Logistics Properties’ NorthWest Corporate Park Brought to 100% Occupancy

High Street Logistics Properties acquired the 11-building NorthWest Corporate Park in Elgin, Illinois, in April 2021. The 2.64 SF industrial portfolio was 87 percent occupied at the time of the purchase. High Street engaged NAI Hiffman’s Steve Bass and Jack Brennan to assist with the project leasing. Within five months, the duo brought the portfolio to 100 percent occupancy. Building upon their initial success, Bass and Brennan completed 11 transactions (five new leases, two expansions and four extensions) totaling 1 million square feet over 18 months.
