Leahy and Roth represent buyer in West Cook purchase

BERKELEY, IL (May 31, 2018) – NAI Hiffman is proud to announce it has represented Walker Partners in the purchase of a 46,140 square foot industrial property at 5700 McDermott Drive in Berkeley.

NAI Hiffman Executive Vice Presidents Daniel Leahy, SIOR and Adam Roth represented Walker Partners in the transaction with AEW Capital Management. Walker Partners, better known as Continental Electrical Construction Company, is a fourth generation family-owned electrical contractor. Walker Partners will be relocating from its former warehouse in Hillside to the new industrial space in Berkley.
