NAI Hiffman Timelines: Revolutionizing Single-Story Office at Concourse Chicago

In April 2018, Berger Asset Management purchased a 12-building single-story office property in Chicago with visionary plans to create a new type of single story with Class A amenities, thoughtful landscaping and a conscious plan to cater to tenant needs.

Over the past two years, Berger Asset Management has executed their plans, and NAI Hiffman’s leasing team delivered refreshed branding and tireless marketing to make the project a success. With 19 leases signed and 11 new tenants, the project has more than doubled its occupancy over that time period, implementing spec suite buildouts and a new shared workspace program.
