The scope and quantity of services we provide creates savings in regard to services, products and talent. Our pre-approved list of vendors are more responsive and price-sensitive working with an established market-leading third-party firm.
Hiffman National Management Services
All contract services are bid to a minimum of three vendors and are subject to Ownership’s review and approval before final selection. Hiffman’s policies regarding bidding are very comprehensive. Performance standards are established to ensure that baseline needs are met and  the best value is attained in procuring services from contractors.
Vendor’s minimum standards are addressed during the vendor qualification period. The qualification process involves assessing the vendor’s length of time in business, references,financial status, and capacity.  While achieving cost-savings is our primary objective, we will not compromise service through this process.
