NAI Hiffman’s Brian Edgerton Assists in Merrillville Office Lease
VS Engineering, an Indianapolis based engineering firm with multiple offices in Indiana and Ohio, has signed a long-term lease for approximately 3,500 square feet of office space at 8585 Broadway, a prominent 8-story office building in Merrillville, Indiana. This strategic move marks a significant milestone in the company’s expansion and commitment to serving clients in the region with enhanced accessibility and operational efficiency.
The landlord of the property was represented by Antony Miocic of Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial Real Estate and Brian Edgerton of NAI Hiffman. “We are delighted to welcome VS Engineering to our building,” said Antony Miocic. “Their decision to establish a presence here underscores the attractiveness of Merrillville as a business location and the quality of our office spaces. We look forward to supporting their continued growth and success.” VS Engineering was represented by Tom Hadley of Colliers.
