Naperville Woods Office Center adds onsite ESG programs

Tenants at the Naperville Woods Office Center have onsite additions that minimize the property’s environmental impact and support physical health.

A complementary bike share program, available during regular business hours, makes it easier for employees to visit a nearby restaurant for lunch or quickly spin through the Herrick Lake Forest Preserve across the street. EPA estimates show that taking one car off the road for five miles helps avoid the same greenhouse gas emissions as two trash bags of recycled waste.

Our partnership with urban beekeeping service Alvéole also expanded to this location. Two pollinator hives, like the one at our Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, headquarters, will contribute to the biodiversity of local flora as the honeybees can travel up to 3.1 miles around the hive to forage for nectar and pollen.

Congratulations to our Management Services team on these important ESG efforts.
