Hiffman Project Services Builds Out Old Second Bank Office

Hiffman National’s Project Services team was proud to help Old Second Bank transform goals into reality as the bank built out their new office space in suburban Chicago. Project Services collaborated with Old Second, general contractor ICG, architect Perkins & Will, and vendors to construct a new environment to fulfill Old Second’s vision of a workplace that would serve employees, clients and visitors, elevate the organization’s brand, and complement its business objectives.

Ariadne Kerekes, Hiffman National project manager, thoroughly examined the finish selections and suggested adjustments in areas to provide cost savings while not skimping on the overall aesthetic of the space. The proposed furniture package was estimated at $55 per square foot of space but Ariadne was able to fine-tune the selection which brought the cost down to approximately $45 per square foot.
