On the Level: Innovation Campus Revitalization

Innovation Campus Revitalization

It’s exhilarating to work on revitalization projects with the scope of the Innovation Campus at Lakehurst in Dublin, Ohio. Ownership engaged Hiffman Project Services to oversee the project, which sought to transform the single-tenant four-building campus into a multi-tenant environment in advance of the departure of the anchor tenant. The property required a new identity to go along with its new Class A amenity package and wholesale facelift. It was vital to Ownership that the $4.8 million improvement project be completed on time in order to facilitate early marketing efforts.

The Hiffman team worked alongside the project team which included M+A Architects, Korda/Nemeth Engineering, POD Design and Ruscilli Construction Co. New features include a stunning exterior courtyard and refreshed, welcoming building entrances, EV charging stations, an integrated branding package implemented throughout the campus via signage and wayfinding features, and a complete amenity package with top-of-the-line fitness, conferencing and common areas for tenants.

The project was completed on time and the Hiffman team, in coordination with the project partners, value-engineered the project and processes to save over $660,000 of budgeted costs.
