Bill Byrne is a Senior Associate with NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services Group. He is an integral player at the firm where he provides acquisition, disposition, and leasing solutions for private companies, owners, REITs, and developers of industrial real estate. Although he focuses primarily in Central DuPage, West Cook, South Cook, I-88, and I-55, he is experienced in multi-market transactions and represents clients not only locally in Illinois but nationally across the county.
Prior to starting his career at NAI Hiffman, Bill was an Associate with Mohr Partners. During his time at Mohr Partners, he focused on business development and assisting his team in managing industrial user clients’ national real estate portfolios. Bill’s career started in the construction industry as a Project Manager for Bear Construction Company where he managed interior tenant improvement projects throughout the city of Chicago. Bill graduated from Illinois State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management.
