I have been privileged to be an industrial broker now for 30+ years. After all this time, I still enjoy all the different facets of real estate. I’m challenged daily to learn new things and find new ways to help put real estate opportunities together. The most gratifying part of what I do is working with people. Understanding the special qualities of people and what motivates them comes from my early days as a college professor teaching sociology. There has been one thought that has been the driving force in my career, and I heard it from an early mentor and it can clearly become my own by now: “Good things happen when you talk to people!” When you interface with people, you find opportunities, chances to solve problems and most importantly, make new friends. That positive thought motivates me every day to work for my clients and achieve the very best possible for them.
My family is gracious enough to put up with my adventurous spirit. I enjoy flying airplanes and riding motorcycles. Watching the big smile when someone takes an airplane ride is so priceless. Most recent motorcycle trips have included Newfoundland/Labrador and Alaska. The fun is not only in the destination, but in the unfolding journey to get there.
