Courtney Swiess joined NAI Hiffman in the role of Associate Broker – Office Services in 2025, where her focus is brokerage advisory services for office owners and users in the Chicago suburbs, with a concentration on the East-West Corridor. Courtney is a 2025 graduate of the University of Kansas School of Business, where she earned her BS in Finance. She was a Chick Evans Scholar and served as the KU Chapter president, and also was president and membership coordinator for the KU Women in Finance Club. Prior to joining Hiffman, Courtney gained experience as an intern working in wealth management for TIAA in Denver, then in Asset Management for Nuveen in Chicago.
