Dane Lamont joined Hiffman in January, 2025 as an associate broker in the firm’s industrial services group. Dane’s primary focus is the I-90 Corridor of Northwest Cook and Central DuPage submarkets, where he provides acquisition, disposition, and leasing services for private companies, real estate investment trusts, and developers.
Prior to his start at Hiffman, Dane spent time as an associate broker with Marcus and Millichap, specializing in industrial investment sales in the O’Hare submarket. He also gained experience in the material handling industry with Raymond West, helping clients optimize warehouse operations through his expertise in forklifts, pallet racking, dock equipment, and conveyor systems.
Dane earned his bachelors degree from Edgewood College, graduating in 2019.
