Denes Juhasz, Director of Research Services, leads the firm’s research platform, overseeing the development and maintenance of robust market databases, the production of quarterly and other various market reports, and the delivery of forward-looking insights on commercial real estate trends. He plays a key role in interpreting local and regional market dynamics to inform brokers, property managers, advisors, and additional Hiffman staff, enabling data-driven strategies that support client success across the firm.
Denes brings more than a decade of research experience in commercial real estate, beginning his career in 2014 at Newmark in Portland, Oregon, where he built and maintained the internal research database and produced both office and industrial market reports. Since then, he held progressive research leadership roles at CBRE, CoStar Group, HTA, and a previous tenure at NAI Hiffman, where he consistently delivered actionable analysis and market intelligence. His strongest skill lies in identifying and translating complex market changes into clear, strategic insights that provide an accurate resource for all Hiffman CRE professionals.
Denes earned his bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in economics and computer science from Purdue University.
