___________

I have always been drawn to challenges and problem solving. This led me to a career in business consulting and software development where I could create tools for solving problems more efficiently. While working as a software engineer, I enjoyed the people, experiences, and the places I visited while working on different projects and took a specific interest in collaborating with teammates and customers. After starting a family, I decided to pursue my passion for teaching and training and began working as an adjunct professor in college math courses.

In 2019, I joined the Property Management team at Hiffman National, where I found that I could combine my skills and passion for training, problem solving, and organization. At Hiffman, I enjoy building relationships with colleagues, clients, tenants, and vendors. Each day is unique and rewarding. As part of our Property Management Operations team, I focus on processes and explore new technologies to improve productivity and efficiency across teams and departments. I constantly strive to maintain the integrity of our growing platform and turn challenges into opportunities with new ideas and innovation.

Outside of the workday, I continue to pursue my personal passions. I stay active helping students with math and science classes and play the violin in a string quartet and community orchestra. While playing tennis remains a love of mine, I now spend most of my time cheering for my two teenage daughters on the court.
