Gail L. Vermejan

Managing Director, Head of Operations Gail Vermejan oversees the efficient integration and operation of Hiffman’s departments and business lines in support of the firm’s clients and employees. She focuses on cost compliance, software utilization, training, talent development and contract administration.

Gail leverages company departments to customize and advance the delivery of Hiffman’s comprehensive services to benefit clients. She coordinates resources and expertise between brokerage, property management, corporate systems, IT solutions, accounting/budgeting, reporting and employee relations.

Gail’s background includes more than 30 years of real estate property management experience. Prior to joining Hiffman in 2006, Gail served in roles at commercial property management firms including Baird & Warner Commercial, Prime Group Realty Trust, Mid-America and Trammel Crow.

Gail attended Illinois State University.
