I am never satisfied. I often find myself looking to find a better way to do things more efficiently, effectively and that would also prove to save time and money. As I look back at my career, I recollect being the person who would recommend a better way to perform a task. If I believe in something, I can often inspire the folks around me to believe the same. Early in my career as a property administrator, I assisted others in their job, just because I wanted to understand what they were doing differently from my role. This inquisitiveness throughout my career allowed my superiors to give me more responsibility which led to career advancement.

The Property Management field allowed me to grow from a Property Administrator to Vice President. My career has been primarily centered around the commercial property management field including the following firms: Baird & Warner Commercial, Prime Group Realty Trust, Mid-America, Trammel Crow and for the past 13 years, NAI Hiffman. In my current role as Managing Director of Operations, I have been given the opportunity to get involved in many areas of the firm; from Brokerage, Property Management, Corporate Systems, IT Solutions, Accounting/Budgeting, Reporting and employee relations. I love what I do and feel that NAI Hiffman provides a platform for individual success, philanthropy and relationships.
