Gannon O’Brien joined Hiffman in 2025 as Director of Management Services.
He is responsible for the operations and financial performance of clients’ real estate, as well as supporting the growth of Hiffman’s office property management platform in the Chicago market.
He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a Real Property Administrator (RPA), and a member of the Building Owners & Managers Association/Chicago (BOMA) and Chicago Real Estate Network’s Board of Directors.
He previously worked as a vice president of office property management at Stream Realty Partners and has extensive experience managing downtown Class A office through previous roles at MB Real Estate and Zeller.
