Gannon O’Brien is Director of Strategic Partnerships for Hiffman. With more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, Gannon combines leadership, market knowledge, and a collaborative approach to drive new business opportunities through proactive, insight-driven market engagement and targeted outreach.
He is responsible for driving new business opportunities through identifying and engaging prospective clients through strategic market outreach, developing qualified, intent-backed opportunities across service lines, partnering with internal leaders to position Hiffman effectively in new pursuits, bringing the right Hiffman partners into opportunities to support successful outcomes, building and maintaining a visible, well-vetted pipeline of growth opportunities, and leveraging market intelligence, research, and relationship development to advance new business initiatives.
Gannon is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a Real Property Administrator (RPA), and a member of the Building Owners & Managers Association/Chicago (BOMA) and Chicago Real Estate Network’s Board of Directors.
Gannon previously served as Vice President of Office Property Management at Stream Realty Partners before joining Hiffman as Director of Management Services. He also has extensive experience managing downtown Class A offices through previous roles at MB Real Estate and Zeller.
