I fell hard and fast for the industrial real estate business. After entering the industry in 2016, I quickly realized that I would spend my entire professional career entrenched in it. What I love most is bonding with clients on a personal level at an initial meeting, diving into their real estate problems/concerns, then collaborating on the best strategy to solve those problems. Whether it’s assisting in space utilization strategies, consolidating multiple facilities, expanding into a new market, or identifying a tenant/buyer fast (and at favorable terms), I love every aspect. I look at every transaction as a unique learning opportunity. In just a few years, I’ve learned that no two deals are the same, so I try to keep previously completed deals in the back of my mind to use as reference points.

The best compliment to receive is when a client engages me for the next transaction or highly recommends me and my services to a colleague. I am a firm believer that repeat business is a key to long-term success and I try to take that holistic approach for each and every client, no matter the type, market or size.

When I’m not in the office, I love spending time with family and friends, traveling, playing golf, and going to Chicago Bears and Marquette basketball games. Our industry allows the opportunity for our personal lives to overlap with our work lives, which is something I thoroughly enjoy. Connecting with clients beyond business is a great combination of work and “not-work”.

While I focus in the I-88, I-90, I-55, and Central DuPage submarkets, I am experienced in multi-market transactions.

I joined NAI Hiffman in 2020 after spending my first four years in the business at Cawley Chicago. I have personally facilitated the successful sale or lease of transactions in excess of $125,000,000. I am a graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI and Fenwick High School in Oak Park, IL.
