I joined NAI Hiffman in 2018 working on a mixed portfolio of medical office, industrial, and retail assets for private investors. I currently serve as an Assistant Property Manager on a growing national portfolio of Medical Office Buildings for Healthcare Trust Inc. My duties include competitively bidding and maintaining vendor contracts, performing property inspections, completing monthly financial reports, preparation of year end CAM/RET reconciliations, property budget preparation, and providing oversight on tenant improvement and capital projects. Prior to working at NAI Hiffman, I worked in the third-party logistics industry for two years in risk management where I reviewed and identified improvement opportunities for the company’s operational errors.
When I am not working, I like to spend my time outdoors. During the summer you can find me camping and fishing in Wisconsin or spending time on my boat with friends and family. In the winter months I spend a week renting a cabin in Breckenridge Colorado every year snowboarding. If I am not outside, I like to spend my time in the gym or playing basketball. Go Bears!
