I very much enjoy my clients and supporting their strategic objectives, pursuits and ultimately executing specific transactions. The unique experience which I have been fortunate to have; property management/asset management for a 1st class publicly traded REIT for my first 7+ years as a professional, and then identifying/executing acquisitions for a private equity/family office focused on industrial real estate. That enables me to have the very specific ability to provide a perspective and expertise that is unmatched among peers. There is nothing I love more than being able to identify and quantify, during a post transaction analysis, how much money we saved, or made (VALUE ADDED) as a result of our strategic approach and execution of a set plan. We know where “market” is, and execute a plan to exceed that metric – making or saving hundreds of thousands, if not, millions of dollars – for clients. Our case studies exhibit this ability to significant add value and not just meet the market, but MAKE the market.
Outside of the office and making deals/making money for my clients, there is nothing more enjoyable for me than spending time with my family. My wife Audra and three kids: Gianna, Dayne, and Leighton. I have coached all of their sports teams, including soccer, baseball and softball. If I have any additional free time outside of something with my family you would catch me at the golf course (possibly with one of my kids or wife with me)…or doing some sort of a physical activity or exercise/working out – which I would also likely drag them along with me to that as well. I love YOGA… and I’m able to get to that likely 2x per week. (maybe 3x per week if I’m lucky…)

Since 2008, he has completed in excess of 400 transactions exceeding $3.1 Billion in transaction value. Kelly began his real estate career in 2002 with Duke Realty Corporation as an intern while finishing his football career at Butler University. At Duke, he was responsible for financial and operational management of a 22 million-square-foot portfolio. After working for Duke, Kelly worked for Tabani Group, Inc. in Dallas, Texas, growing the company’s exisiting real estate portfolio through investments and new development. In 2008, Kelly joined NAI Hiffman and became a shareholder in 2015. Kelly has been a top producer for the past 10+ years (2021 Top Producer) and has developed a team that delivers unmatched market intelligence which results in market-making solutions for his clients.
