Since entering the workforce, I have had the privilege to work with companies spanning from food manufacturing companies to 3PLS and everything in between. My background working as a distribution sales representative has allowed me to gain exposure to the inner workings of different operations and supply chains. What I enjoy most is being able to apply my experiences; whether that’s being the catalyst to help make a strategic decision or connecting the right people. I want to help in any way possible.

Outside of the office, I am a jack of all trades. My wife, daughter, German Shepherd and I love spending time outdoors. Whether that’s enjoying the lakefront or one of the State Parks, we do our best to capitalize on the resources around us. I am a big racing fan and when the family schedule allows it, I spend a lot of time at one of the kart tracks in the area where I race my go-kart with my dad. Whether it was growing up playing football and swimming, to coaching and now working in commercial real estate, I love new challenges and the competitive nature that come with them.

Nick Feczko is an Associate with the Industrial Services group at NAI Hiffman. Nick provides acquisition, disposition, and leasing solutions for private companies, owners, real estate investment trusts, and developers of industrial real estate throughout the greater Chicagoland area. Nick represents properties in the I-90, Central DuPage, Cook County and I-55/I-80 Submarkets.
Through canvassing and outreach programs, Nick cultivates relationships with owners and tenants in their respective submarkets, providing in depth market research and relevant data. Nick also specializes in supply chain optimization and site search analysis.
