As Managing Director, Head of Strategy and Development, Sarah Cannella evaluates company and operational initiatives and executes strategic business pursuits. Her responsibilities include performing market analyses, pinpointing avenues for growth, and formulating comprehensive strategies to fortify Hiffman’s competitive standing in the market. Sarah drives innovation and promotes cross-functional collaboration in support of client objectives and ensures that Hiffman remains adaptable and strongly positioned for sustained growth.
Since beginning her commercial real estate career at Hiffman in 2012, Sarah has been involved in every aspect of the property management business – from on-boarding new assignments and building an employee training program from the ground up, to technology program investigation and implementation.
Sarah ascended through responsibilities in the management and operations divisions, gaining comprehensive experience prior to earning her current leadership position in the firm. Through her career development, Sarah earned several notable recognitions including the 2023 GlobeSt. Women of Influence honor and 2023 ConnectCRE Next Generation award.
Sarah graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with a bachelor’s degree, majoring in business.
