Sebastian Mendoza joined NAI Hiffman in the role of Associate Broker – Office Services in 2025, where his focus is office brokerage advisory services for owners and users in Chicagoland’s North, Northwest, O’Hare, Schaumburg and Itasca markets. Sebastian is a 2025 graduate of the Ball State University, where he earned his BS in Property Management and Development, with a minor in Banking. Prior to his brokerage career, Sebastian worked as an intern at Hiffman with the firm’s Project Services team in 2023. His experience also includes an internship at the corporate headquarters of Pizza King in Muncie, Indiana.
