REmark: Industrial Building Age and Vacancy Rate

Industrial construction has changed greatly in the course of the last 20 years. Buildings are getting larger, and building specifications have changed to meet the needs of today’s modern industrial user.

NAI Hiffman Research took a look at those changes and, interestingly, this edition of our REmark illustrates the construction changes, as well as the vacancy levels for buildings built in each decade.
