NAI Hiffman’s Research team has released its latest REmark: Mid-size (20 – 100k sf) Leasing Activity.  In tracking industrial leasing activity we found that 2016 was the peak year for leases in this size range. However, YTD 2018 leases are only 543,010 sf from the bar set in 2016. If this pace continues, 2018 will exceed 2016 results by 4 million sf.
