Professional Background & Experience
Joe Bronson, an Executive Vice President at NAI Hiffman and a shareholder of the firm, has been in the commercial real estate industry for more than 20 years. He specializes in representing private owners, tenants and investors in their commercial property needs. Over the last two decades he has provided solutions to owners and tenants including site selection, lease negotiation, lease renewals, and facility consolidation, as well as sales to both investors and users.
Joe has an established track record of providing solutions to clients with a strategic approach. Joe represents a variety of tenants, buyers, sellers and developers and is consistently one of the top producers at the firm. He values relationships above all else and is proud that more than 60% of his completed transactions are through repeat business.
His market expertise is the O’Hare submarket, along with West and Northwest Cook, DuPage County, and the City of Chicago. Joe has completed over 500 transactions for clients in dozens of cities across the country since 2007.
Prior to joining NAI Hiffman, Joe was at Darwin Realty, was the Vice President of Operations at First Industrial Realty Trust before that, and served in the West Wing Press Office of the White House.
