When we opened NAI Hiffman in 2000, I never could have imagined the energy and passion that like-minded brokerage professionals could bring to our clients. Now, 23+ years later, as the company has grown in both colleagues and customers, NAI Hiffman’s commitment to being better today than we were yesterday remains stronger than ever. It is my sincere pleasure to wake up every day thankful for the opportunities afforded by our clients, and enriched by the people with whom I work. Whether in brokerage, management, accounting, or operations, the people at NAI Hiffman allow me to remain singularly focused on helping to lead the best third-party service provider in the industry, affording our clients the peace of mind that comes with selecting the right partner to handle their commercial real estate needs.

If it weren’t for real estate, I would likely be a craftsman of some sorts, tinkering or building any number of items. People might be surprised that I have subscribed to a home building magazine for more than 40 years, and while I enjoy many parts of the process in “refreshing” my share of 100+ year old houses, I have yet to pull the trigger on building one from the ground up. But there is still time! My latest project is Stone House Farm, an 1894 hobby farm in Wisconsin, fulfilling a longtime dream for both my wife and me. It has become a labor of love; and then some more labor. Nothing beats driving around tractors and backhoes unless it is catching fish on your own pond and watching one’s “crops” of wildflowers, sunflowers and pumpkins blossom and grow (although praying for rain seems a little hopeless at times). Outside of work and hobbies, I remain blessed with an outstanding wife and two terrific sons, a rebounding Michigan football team, and lots of friends with whom to share a cold beer. In all, I wouldn’t trade any of it for the world.
