Hiffman is Celebrating – 2025 Top Workplaces USA Honor
We are proud to be named a Top Workplaces USA for the 11th time!
Celebrating this achievement never gets old. We not only recognize the win, but we especially recognize the feedback provided by our employees in the Top Workplaces survey. We learn from it and grow from it, keeping our company aligned with the mission to make lives easier for clients and staff alike. Each response provides valuable insights that help us understand what we’re doing well and where we have room to improve, allowing us to create and foster a supportive environment for our employees and exceptional services for our clients.
The survey used to compile the Top Workplaces Awards ranking is completely optional, making our unheard of 92% participation rate a clear indicator that our employees feel heard and understand that their voice matters. At Hiffman, we emphasize the importance of empowering our workforce with the tools and resources they need to advance their careers, supporting our strategy of hiring and retaining the top real estate professionals in the field. This shows up through our employee growth, averaging 16 new hires per year since 2020 – with more than 275 commercial real estate professionals within our firm today. Our employees are encouraged to join our Hiffman Essentials program, no matter their department. Hiffman Essentials offer general education on the commercial real estate field to better develop our professionals and their skillset within our industry.
When it comes to culture, this is something that Hiffman has become known for.
