NAI Hiffman sells 64,002 SF of industrial space in Franklin Park

FRANKLIN PARK, IL  – NAI Hiffman is pleased to announce the sale of 3325 Mount Prospect Road in Franklin Park, Illinois to Centurion Service Group from a private party. Centurion is the innovative company behind the world’s largest used medical equipment auction house. Hosting live and timed auctions from the most extensive inventory, selling over 6,000 used medical devices each month. Centurion Service Group is relocating from its Melrose Park warehouse and will remodel the interior of its new facility to suit its fast growing operations and company culture.

Joe Bronson, Executive Vice President, and Howard Bergdoll, Associate, with NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services group, represented the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
