Chilled Solutions leases 67,500 SF in Bolingbrook

NAI Hiffman’s Steve Connolly, SIOR, represented warehousing and logistics provider, Chilled Solutions, in a new lease for 67,500 square feet of industrial space in Bolingbrook, Illinois; The lease represents the first Chicagoland location for Chilled Solutions. The tenant’s new space is in the 249,130-square-foot Prologis-owned property at 470 Crossroads Parkway.

Chilled Solutions was searching for a climate-controlled distribution facility to store wine for its customers and ultimately decided on the modern facility in Bolingbrook because of its 30′ clear ceiling height, direct access to I-55 and close proximity to I-355.  The space will be 100% air-conditioned upon the tenant’s occupancy. 

Steve Connolly, SIOR, executive vice president with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, represented Chilled Solutions in the transaction. Trevor Ragsdale, SIOR, and Kelly Gray of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Prologis.
