RMR Rooftop Event

More than 75 brokers recently gathered at Tyson Foods’ rooftop at 400 S. Jefferson in Chicago for a cocktail & appetizer reception hosted by NAI Hiffman and The RMR Group. Brokers mingled with RMR executives to learn more about the company’s current and upcoming real estate ventures in the Chicagoland area. Michael Flynn and Jason Wurtz, with NAI Hiffman’s Office Services group, led the event; the duo represents The RMR Group on 1615/1675 Lakeside Drive in Waukegan, a 207,512 SF office campus asset currently occupied by AbbVie.  As of June 30, 2016, RMR had $23.4 billion of real estate assets under management, including more than 1,300 properties nationwide.
