ML Realty Partners recently leased 166,683 square feet of
industrial space in Bridgeview, Illinois, to Menasha Packaging. Situated in a
campus-like setting, the facility is located at 7770 West 71st Street in
Bridgeview, just west of Harlem Avenue with convenient access to I-55 via a
four-way interchange at LaGrange Road or I-294 to the west. With 33’ clear
height, exterior loading, and abundant car and trailer parking,  the
property offers modern building amenities in an infill location.
