Dan Hiffman represents Bluestone Single Tenant Properties in 4-acre land acquisition & Burger King in outlot purchase

LOMBARD, IL & SALEM, IN (December 13, 2016) – Dan Hiffman with NAI Hiffman’s Retail Services group represented Bluestone Single Tenant Properties in assembling and buying 13 parcels of land totaling 4 acres in Lombard, Illinois.

The site, located along the southeast corner of North Avenue and North Columbine Avenue (I-53), represents Bluestone’s 9th property acquisition in Illinois over the past 15 months. Plans for the property are underway to build a 7,223-square-foot gas station and convenience store with 20 gas pumps and 5 diesel pumps. The Village of Lombard’s economic incentive agreement will provide up to $587,000 to offset roadway reconstruction costs to adjacent public streets.

Additionally, in Salem, Indiana, Dan Hiffman represented Burger King in the purchase of an outlot parcel from Cedarwood Development. The land is located in the Super Walmart-anchored development at 1303 East Hackberry Street.
