Winthrop signs Rockola to lease in Lisle
NAI Hiffman represented Winthrop Realty Trust in signing a new tenant, Rockola Corp., for 3,040 square feet of office space at 550 Warrenville Road in Lisle. The building is part of the Corporetum Business Park.
Patrick Kiefer, executive director, and Jim Adler, executive vice president, of NAI Hiffman’s office services group represented Winthrop in the transaction. Rockola was represented by Chris Shanahan of Stony Creek Brokerage.
The Corporetum is situated about 25 miles from both downtown Chicago and O’Hare International Airport with convenient accessibility to the I-88 and I-355 tollways. Facility features include a prominent identity on I-88, available signage, close proximity to the Morton Arboretum, private corner balconies that accent several floors, and an expansive window line that allows for seasonal views of the Morton Arboretum.
