NAI Hiffman’s Bronson brokers 55,000 square feet in Elk Grove Village

NAI Hiffman has announced that Joe Bronson, SIOR, assisted in signing more than 55,000 square feet of industrial space among three tenants in Elk Grove Village.

In the largest of the three deals, Mirvac signed Rational Cooking to a lease renewal for 24,000 square feet at 1645 Greenleaf Ave. At 1485 Greenleaf, Mirvac also signed Cristall Thread & Supply Inc. as a new tenant — expanding their presence in Elk Grove Village by 12,000 square feet. The company, a provider of sewing threads and supplies, required a larger space and will move from its former location from 690 Lunt Ave.

Bronson, vice president with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, represented Mirvac in both transactions. Rob Wheeler of Cresa represented Rational Cooking. Tom Gath of Grubb & Ellis represented Cristall Thread & Supply.

Additionally, Land Air Express, a full service expedited carrier, renewed its lease of 19,424 square feet at 2300 Estes Ave. within Centex Industrial Park. Bronson represented Land Air Express. ProLogis, the landlord, self-represented.
