Freshii and Blueberry Hill opening in Oak Brook

Blueberry Hill Breakfast Café and Freshii are opening for business and adding to Oak Brook Promenade’s list of dining options.
Freshii signed its lease for 3,000 square feet this summer and opened in August, making this its first location in the Chicago suburbs. Freshii currently operates seven locations in Chicago and offers a menu of salads, burritos, wraps, rice bowls and frozen yogurt.
Blueberry Hill Breakfast Café has been servicing the Chicago area for more than 15 years with locations in Darien, LaGrange, Aurora, Homer Glen and Homewood. The 5,000-square-foot restaurant opened for business on Oct. 9.
Oak Brook Promenade has approximately 7,000 square feet of retail space available ranging in size from 1,566 to 5,827 square feet. Available office space totals approximately 22,500 square feet ranging in size from 1,200 to 13,525 square feet with signage available with I-88 visibility.
Located at 3041 Butterfield Road, Oak Brook Promenade offers access to I-88, I-294 and I-355. Current tenants include: Thomasville Furniture, Allen Edmunds, Kona Grill, McCormick & Schmick’s and Labriola Bakery & Cafe.
