SWC expands office with The Davis Companies

OAK BROOK – NAI Hiffman said The Davis Companies has signed a lease expansion with SWC Technology Partners for 3,235 additional square feet of office space at 1420 Kensington Road in Oak Brook.

 
SWC, a full-service IT company, already occupies 22,036 square feet within The Crossings of Oakbrook, a complex made up of two three-story class-A buildings totaling 303,510 square feet. SWC has grown by 8,412 square feet since their first lease at The Crossings.

 
The Crossings currently has a total of 68,267 square feet of office space available ranging in size from 1,204 to 26,359 square feet. Building amenities include a conference center, fitness center with locker room facilities, full service café, sundry shop, abundant storage facilities and on-site property management.
NAI Hiffman’s Dan O’Neill, executive vice president, and Garrett Schultz, senior associate, with the office services group represented The Davis Companies in the transaction. Dave Stefancic and Lexis Livingwood of UGL Equis represented SWC.
