NAI Hiffman Represents Winthrop in Lisle Lease

NAI Hiffman represented Winthrop Realty Trust in a lease with American Building Maintenance Company of Illinois for 8,196 square feet of office space at 550-650 Warrenville Road in Lisle. The space is part of the Corporetum Office Campus.

Corporetum VI is situated about 25 miles from both downtown Chicago and O’Hare International Airport with accessibility to the I-88 and I-355 toll-ways. The building’s features include prominent identity on I-88, on-site food service, a conferencing facility, fitness center, private corner balconies that accent several floors and an expansive window line that allows for seasonal views of the Morton Arboretum.

Patrick Kiefer, executive director, and Jim Adler, executive vice president, of NAI Hiffman’s office services group, represented Winthrop Realty Trust. Eric Sorensen of Cushman & Wakefield of Illinois and David Anderson of Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners LLC represented ABM.
