NAI Hiffman completes Aurora office condo sales

AURORA – NAI Hiffman’s represented Centrust Bank in the sale of a combined 12,290 square feet of office condominiums at the Fox Valley Office Commons in Aurora.

The sales include businesses such as dental, accounting, information technology and engineering, among others.

Located at 4260 Westbrook Drive, the Fox Valley Office Commons is a single story brick office with a total of 21 condominium suites. The office building is in a prime location: adjacent to the Fox Valley Shopping Center, close to numerous restaurants, and conveniently located 3 miles south of I-88. Property amenities include occupant controlled HVAC systems, five parking spaces for each 1,000 square feet of space, landscaped courtyards, and handicap accessibility.
