NAI Hiffman completes 80,169-square-foot sale in Addison

NAI Hiffman recently represented a private owner in the sale of its 80,169-square-foot multi-tenant industrial building to SFP Group, a real estate investment company, in Addison.
The building is located at 1701-1735 Armitage Court, near the intersection of I-355 and North Avenue. SFP acquired the property as an investment; the building was approximately 70 percent occupied at the time of sale. NAI Hiffman will continue as the leasing agent for the new ownership group going forward.

Mark Moran and John Whitehead, with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, represented the seller and were the only brokers involved in the transaction.
