Wiegel Tool Works, Inc., a metal stamper of manufacturing products, acquired the 52,166-square-foot property from Unity Railway Supply Co, Inc.

805 Golf Lane is situated off Foster Avenue, along Country Club Drive and Golf Lane, with close proximity to O’Hare International Airport roughly a block and a half east.

NAI Hiffman Associate, Josh Will, and Executive Vice Presidents, Joe Bronson and Brian Colson, represented the seller in this transaction. Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael Magliano represented the buyer.
